I run growth and did nothing today (day in the life)

People think growth is a grind. Today I answered three questions online and went to lunch.

The highest-leverage growth work looks like doing nothing.

Today I answered three questions online and went to lunch. That was the work.

Here is what a day of distribution actually looks like for me.

I do not open analytics first. I open the places my buyers ask questions. I read the exact words they use, not keywords, their words.

Then I write one genuinely useful answer, under my real name. No dashboard, no campaign.

One good answer gets read by a buyer and a model for months. A hundred busy posts get read once.

Busy is not the same as effective.

What is the one high-leverage thing you could do instead of staying busy today?

The move. Relatable + insight - reframes the highest-leverage distribution work as looking like doing nothing; judge/admire paradox drives shares.

The real day of distribution work: no dashboards, read buyer language, write one useful answer. Looks lazy, is the highest-leverage GTM.
