A founder claims he built a 1.8 billion dollar company in fourteen months with basically one employee, and the whole internet starts fighting about whether it is real. Genius or fraud. That is the wrong question.
Look at what actually happened. One claim got him more distribution than most companies buy in a year. People argued about him in public, for free, for weeks: react videos, think-pieces, tagging their friends. He paid for none of it.
The lesson you can use
A specific, almost-unbelievable number is a distribution engine. Not a lie. A real number you have been too humble to say out loud. "We help companies grow" is invisible. "We took a cold list to 40,000 readers in 90 days" is a hook people stop on.
The argument is the reach. When a number makes someone go "wait, is that real", they do your distribution for you.
The move
Find the most impressive true number in your business and lead with it, in place of your tagline. Make people stop and check whether it can possibly be real.
What is the number you have been burying under something vague and safe?
