About

Many lives,
one operator.

Built it. Sold it. Lost it. Rebuilt it. Now I do yours.

Portrait of Alex Mureșan
The short version

I bet on the move
before the room agrees.

Born in Romania. A national-champion athlete before I was old enough to know better, which is where I learned that the people who win early are rarely the ones doing what everyone agrees is sensible.

I built and sold companies in fitness, wellness and play. Five of them. I made a small fortune, and then I lost it. So I left: four years traveling the world, learning how people actually live and make decisions until I'd earned a perspective worth trusting. I came back sharper, with one conviction that survived everything.

The market doesn't reward the loudest. It rewards the one who's right early. Today I do growth and go-to-market for founders and teams who don't want the safe, average, everyone-else version. The kind of growth that looks reckless until it looks obvious.

How I work

Three moves, in order.

Not a framework I bought. The way I actually operate, drawn straight from what I believe. It is how I run Native Organic Distribution.

№ 01

Find the contrarian move.

Strip the business back to first principles and look for the thing the consensus is missing. The right answer usually looks slightly wrong to everyone running the standard playbook. That is the signal, not the warning.

Diagnose
№ 02

Build owned distribution.

Turn the move into a content and brand engine you own, not attention you rent. A real point of view, a channel that can't be priced out from under you, and a founder worth following.

Build
№ 03

Compound, don't spend.

Wire it so it keeps paying after the budget stops. Lower CAC over time instead of higher. Systems that work at draft one hundred the way they worked at draft one.

Compound

Built it. Sold it. Lost it. Rebuilt it.

Loud on purpose

Want a contrarian
in your corner?

I take on a small number of founders and teams at a time. If the problem is interesting, I'll make time.
